What If the the CQ block strips weren't constructed to the best advantage for cording purposes because the foundation fabric kept wanting to peak out?
What IF I took bias binding and edged them that way?
What if I borrowed Judes idea for the floral motifs at the strip intersection?
What If I take today, work on the "black" block and simmer some more CQR thoughts?

hey, good start! i like the way you have tacked the flower shapes with a decorative stitch!
Yep, it feels like fall here, too... I like what you did with that block; what are you going to do next?
Hi Jane! Whew - I'm still trying to recover from those pictures of the pup+pork=OUCH! photos. I'm a huge doggie lover and can't imagine if that happened to one of my boys. The only good porcupine - is a dead porcupine. Is that mean??? I think NOT!!! lol
Cool little blog you've got going on here. I wanted to mention that I've visited that Coyote blog before and I do love it. It's one of my favorites, too.
Love your little CQR blocks. I commented on the black one with the black lace down below.
